We began by overhauling the creative strategy on Meta. Using UGC and expert-driven content, we reframed the product’s benefits—from “mushroom coffee” to “coffee that supports focus, energy, and gut health.” Paired with first-time buyer offers, this improved relevance and click-through rates across the board.
